At Wizard's Tower, we want your magical garments to fit perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original condition with all mystical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our courier owls to ensure a smooth transit back to the tower.
Package the Goods
Carefully place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box and securely affix the shipping label to the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Once our master tailors inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
